1. Our Return Policy

At VedaHerb, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we're here to help.

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic, herbal, and personal care products, we do not accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery unless the item received is incorrect or defective.

2. Eligible for Return or Replacement

You may request a return or replacement if:

• You received a damaged product.
• You received the wrong product.
• The product was defective upon delivery.
• The product package was tampered with before delivery.

3. Return Request Timeline

Please report any damaged, defective, or incorrect product within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us process your request quickly, please provide:

• Your Order ID
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of the shipping package (if applicable)
• A brief description of the issue

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products.
• Products damaged after delivery.
• Products returned without a valid reason.
• Requests made after the return eligibility period.

5. Refund Process

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be initiated to your original payment method.

Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Replacement Policy

If a replacement is approved, we will dispatch the replacement product at no additional shipping cost, subject to product availability.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another suitable payment method after the required verification.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If eligible, you may request a return or replacement after delivery in accordance with this policy.
